Terrible attention online

Terrible attention online, non responsive page and no direct way to contact anyone in the platform, and once the date of my flight that they cancelled had passed they stopped responding, owing more than 300 EUR for more than 6 months, when the contract said clearly, 3 months.

I would give Kiwi zero stars if I could. Kiwi is a criminal organization. The failure of Biden and Congress to shut Kiwi is a sign of our government's take-over by billionaires.

This company is a sacam

This company is a sacam, they randomly cancelled people flights then never refund them, it’s their regular practice, I am waiting last eight months and they don’t want to reply and refund , this is my email if all people who are waiting for refund and they never gave you, we can take this company to court with one application, it will effect this company , either they will refund us or close the business. I only used the site twice, and both times the ticket got canceled and the refund took months.

I booked m flight a month ago

I booked m flight a month ago, paid everything and got a "KIWI Guarantee status" that in case my connections are changed I will be able to get an alternation or a FULL refund! Great alternatives of + 35 hours of travel or a Refund within 3 months or 31 voucher dollar immediately!!!! Horrible service, never every use it please. No personal to contact after the connection change.

Great experience every time.

I've booked flights with Kiwi for at least 4 years. Ihave been all around Europe and South America using this provider.
The only time I lost a flight due to a delay of the connecting flight, I was able to contact support right away from London's airport and while they did not refund 100% of the lost ticket, they refund me exactly as said in the terms with no further questions or hesitation.
I believe most of these bad reviews are from a customer that doesn't read the terms and then expects to have a refund for things not agreed in the contract.
PLEASE READ YOUR CONTRACTS BEFORE LEAVING BAD REVIEWS.

Kiwi charging $1500 to reschedule a cancelled flight. We booked the flight the other way with another booking company. The flight was also cancelled, yet the cost to reschedule was $0. Kiwi is clearly not competitive with other booking companies, and we have been price gouged by them. They gained $1500, lost a customer for life...

Never ever book anything using…

Never ever book anything using kiwi.com!!! They will leave you without any information about changes in your flights, without any support and without money if your flight cancelled! They are scammers!

It’s terrible

It’s terrible. One year later and we still can’t get a refund for two round trip tiickets to Argentina. Meanwhile Avianca gave us a voucher for another cancelled flight within one month.

After all this reviews I still gave trust to the company. But we booked a flight in the morning for a flight 1:45.
7 in the morning we booked it. 4 hours later flight got canceled through technical issues. Now I am stucked and have to figure out how to come back to Germany. Cheap flights annoyed me less in the past but right now their performance is the biggest trash ever. I hope your website will be crashed and ripped off the internet world. Cant handle the corona situation right now ? So pay all people the money back and stop advertising your offers on webpages that you give cheap flights...

One star is a too good rating level for such scammers. Not only did they not warn me about my flight cancellation but did not pay me the full refund either. All they really do is taking people's money for nothing and ignoring them when it comes to refunds. All their "kiwi guarantee" is a pure nonsense. This company even has no enough competence to simply respond to claims. In reality, is so much safer to book a ticket straight with airlines. Will avoid you from lot's of headaches. I hope these cheap scammers go bankrupt soon.

Kiwi.com was supposed to provide me a Plane Ticket

Kiwi.com was supposed to provide me a plane ticket for my connecting flight from Denver, Colorado to Omaha Nebraska by email (under their terms and conditions at check-in time) NLT 11:00 on 09 May 2021. Kiwi.com failed to provide me a plane ticket for my connecting flight resulting in me having to purchase a ticket for the connecting flight before the doors closed and the plane taking off so I didn’t miss the connecting flight. I made significant attempts to resolve this refund through Kiwi.com at 1-202-844-4159. The only ticket provided was from Ontario, California to Denver Colorado. Evidence is available.

Because they deserve it. No refund for the airline cancelling my flight. No offer of credit even. They just take your money and provide nothing. Not even the flights you paid for.

Its only on kiwi.com. You need to log in and they click on your past or future trip. Then you will see an area where it says refunds and cancellations. You will click on it.

The worst online booking company! Liars, fraudsters and thieves! They will absolutely not help you in anything. All the time, they will tell you that there is nothing they can do for you! Even if you cancel the flight a month in advance. Their application is made to easily deceive you. There is a possibility to refound for 10 euros, which looks like a cancellation fee, but this information is misleading, they will return only 10 euros to you, even if you pay them 230 euros! Never, ever, ever buy anything through them! Absolutely inhuman approach, they will just invent and lie just so they don't have to return anything to you! If you do not want to have problems and do not want to lose money, please avoid this company.

I recommend you to book directly with the airline. You will get much better support and this is specially important in this COVID times.
